I've been re reading it again today and now I have a bit more knowledge I really want to give it go soon. He also has a list of his favourite pizza restaurants at the bottom, most are New York or Napoli but one of them is Donna Margherita in lavender hill, which is just down the road from me and I wondered if anyone fancied a trip to try their dough.
