Am home! Woop. Thanks for the ride today, it was nice to ride some different roads. I am determined to get fit!

Some facts about this ride:

1) Neither Damo or G had mudguards or Garmins
2) Because of this they shoved me up the front on my own and had to endure what sounded like a WI meeting behind me.
3) It was very expensive. After losing my rag at home, due to the complications a children's party added to the day, I have signed up for anger management therapy!
