Despite my recent run of attendances on the Sunday rides, regrettably I can't make this week.

@dandan can you try to keep the route nearer 70km if it creeps up a bit that's OK but club runs shouldn't be too long on a time and distance to encourage greater participation.

I'm thinking of doing a direct Box Hill and back for my next ride so if anyone has a good route I'll also be interested.

I'm heading out early (7ish) so can then spend most of the day with family. Route TBC.

Will be coming out for the usual hour out and hour back. Or if we can be back in 2.5 hours I can do the full loop. Will want a quick cake stop still though. Normal club ride pace too.

What do you think @dandan, is that possible?

We could probably do the full loop in about 2.5 hours but not with a cake stop - hence suggesting an earlier start so we all get back earlier. If we leave the park at 8:45 sharp we can be back by 12 and stop for a quick cake and tea I reckon.

Sounds good to me. I'm happy with an 8.45 (or even 8.30) start. So in that case....

I think November and December are usually the months with the lowest turnout for club runs across the country. It's cold, it's wet and spring is a long way away.

I may well be back in the game - watch this space .

I did this route last Saturday c2.5hrs from Kingston but no stopping.

I'll be there for 8:30.

I wasn't really asking about the racers. But yep quite a few are racing at the weekends.
