Might drag out the MTB for some lols tonight...
Cleaning muddy bieks is an issue though.
-
• #30
What's that?
-
• #31
Leave it filthy, hope it cleans itself.
Oh, and whinge when it doesn't work properly later.
-
• #32
I'm really good at that already - it's the dragging it through the flat is the real issue....

Oh, and whinge when it doesn't work properly later.
Er. I've never done that.
You're the one that keeps moaning about the brake cable on it. I'm perfectly happy with it potentially snapping at any point. -

You need a winch on your balcony.
-

A balcony? I wish.

You have whinged. Once or twice. But I added it for comic effect rather than accuracy.
Anyway, I've just taken Erin to pre-school and walked across the grass in Cator Park. It is still frozen and firm underfoot, so I doubt we'll get much in the way of mud tonight.
Could be famous last words though...

I last "raced" in November didn't I? Anyway. There's still mud on the bike.

Not swung my leg over the bike since EKCX at Ford Manor Farm in mid-December.
Oh to be that fit again.

Well, cross training can now be Tues night road ftp training with Jay and Dov.
Suggest mixing that up with a fortnightly Wed cross ride/practice once the trails dry out and the nights lighten up.

Defo!

Interesting read, thanks for sharing.
I'd be up for a regular cross ride, you can never practise skills enough, even if it's not a skills specific session.

Three Pimples twice a month then?
-
• #45
I floated the article in front of the sports person in my house. They were impressed and recognised the difference in how relationships are maintained.
I'd be up for pimples x 2 a month.
I've a London Dynamo jacket especially for this reason.
