Anyone got a Sram Rival left hand shifter they want to get rid of?

Mine just died on me and won't shift at all, the shit lever just flaps around uselessly with no tension on it.

I have now officially had enough of Sram, this is the third shifter that has died on me but I can't afford switching to Shimano right now so got to find a fix somehow.

I have a 6700 groupset sitting about doing nowt (Band-on front mech). If you might be interested, we could work out some kind of swap; Sram for Shimano.

Or, I can have a look at the shifter to see if it's fixable.

Obviously the final and best option would be to ditch all this crap and switch to Campag.

Watching an unused left hand shifter on ebay so fingers crossed I can get it for cheaps.

We've got a spare somewhere but can't remember whether it's right or left. Will have a dig now.

I think I may have fixed the shifter problem.

Took shifter off, stripped shifter, found cause of problem was return spring wasn't working properly. Managed to reattach return spring and it now seems to work - at least without any cable tension anyway.

Just need to get a new shift cable as it got destroyed removing it before I can reinstall and do a proper test.
