We had a lovely ride. Jay had time to catch up on some reading in the park and then we even managed to stop for a quite reasonably priced lucozade at the top of Box Mountain. Pretty windy so coming back was a bit gruelling and I think we are all a bit off peak fitness BUT its a start and the sun was shining...
