We tried for the season just gone, but the only date the LCCA could offer us was between Christmas and New Year. If I’d tried to organise a race then, Andrea would’ve hung an unusual ornament on the Christmas tree.
We should probably have a discussion soon as to whether we want to put on a race next season.
The proposed venue was Herne Hill, mainly because it wouldn’t have required negotiating the use of a new venue.
Three or four people to set up the course the day before. Then at least ten people on the day to help with sign on, lap scoring, podiums, marshalling and course tear down.
