Riding Bikes in Belgium - 4th May to 7th May ??

Right - I have booked and paid for the second place in Avelgem

Total cost for the three nights was c£780

The place has three bedrooms - two doubles and a bunk room with four beds. It has two toilets and a shower in the house plus another in the sauna. This price includes towels and linen.

I am suggesting that Mat and Ved go into the rather delightful doubles and pay a bit more.

I think £160 for those in the doubles (Mat and Ved) and £115 for those in the bunks (Ant, Dommy, Matt and David)- £15 per night difference seems pretty fair as the bunk room is super compact!

It's all easy - you just buy a return ticket for your vehicle and then turn up in Folkstone.
If we check-in within 2 hours either side of our reserved times, within the validity of our ticket, we should be offered a space on the next departure with availability without charge.

Re: Timings - I am suggesting we reserve a time around 8pm for the way out (We can potentially board anytime after 6pm therefore if we can all get off a bit early) and then reserve a slot around 5 or 6pm on the way back so we can get back to London around 8pm or something.

If you are worried about your car breaking down-you can get EU breakdown cover for £20 which may give you some comfort? We can wash that through the 'books'.
