Inital thoughts?

• #135
I've only sat at my desk.
Tried to loads some maps earlier but, the only maps I can find and load are 8 tiles of Nicaragua.
The thing feels great though, really well made, buttons have a nice click feel.

That is fugly.
-
• #138
Oh, I like it. It's a bit big but you wouldn't call a Garmin pretty would you?
-
• #139
How much/what does it do/can it tell me a joke?
-
• #140
Surely function > form.
Proof will be in the pudding!
-
• #141
It basically just records all your stuff and tells you where to go, and the battery lasts for 37 hrs
It doesn't integrate with Strava, doesn't do live segments, won't allow your wife to track you, doesn't have a colour screen, etc..
-
• #142
How much?
37 hours is way too long for me.
Is it about as big as a 200/500 -
• #143
Nah, it's bigger. Halfway between one of those and a Garmin 1000
-
• #144
I like its vibe. Rugged. Waterproof etc?
-
• #145
I like the streamlined aero arrowhead.
-
• #146
Yeah, waterproof and non nonsense.
Could be a keeper.
-
• #147
Exports a .fit file format tho?
Looks good. Like the form factor

Battery life for audax innit.
-
• #149
True Audaxers don’t use technology. Celestial navigation and triangulation, powered by tea and flapjack.
