Just booked a family holiday to Tenerife in February. Has anyone done any riding there?

I'm planning to rent a bike and ride up teidi at least once - but could do with some other routes or tips.

There are some pretty nice bike rental places. BMC with di2 for €22 a day. Not bad.

We're staying in the south of Tenerife - Teide climb is 35km of 6% from that end.. Ooof.

Haven't ridden Tenerife but did ride on Lanazrote. Windy. So windy.

It's less windy in the south... but yeah. Island = wind.
