I'll be in Brittany to watch the first three stages. It's a very mountainous parcours this year. My favourite is Quintana this year.

I am so, so, so depressed about the referendum result. And so so fearful for my future, for my family's future, my country's future and the future of peace and prosperity in Europe. The referendum result is a triumph of xenophobia over tolerance, fear over logic, hate over peace, and will plunge this country into years of uncertainty. I no longer feel like I belong in UK.

I do like the Roundhouse, was my local for years. It can get very busy in there post-work, but if the sun is out, there is plenty of outdoor space
