    5 min: middling cat 3
    1 min: good cat 3
    5s: good cat 3

    But I did zero training to raise FTP last season - pretty much all the efforts I did in training were 12-30s long. If I'd done any training to raise FTP other than racing (or any endurance training at all tbh), I could have whacked another 30w on it.

    I got SUPER good at 30s efforts - if there was a 30s measurement I would have probably been a bad cat 2. Still shit though.

    My w/kg would be laughable now.
