Right - I have booked and paid for the second place in Avelgem
Total cost for the three nights was c£780
The place has three bedrooms - two doubles and a bunk room with four beds. It has two toilets and a shower in the house plus another in the sauna. This price includes towels and linen.
I am suggesting that Mat and Ved go into the rather delightful doubles and pay a bit more.
I think £160 for those in the doubles (Mat and Ved) and £115 for those in the bunks (Ant, Dommy, Matt and David)- £15 per night difference seems pretty fair as the bunk room is super compact!

@Matt_N We can have a chat about Tunnel tickets but was thinking circa 8pm on the way out (circa 2 hour drive from London to Folkstone) and then 5 or 6pm ish back on the BH Monday?
