The days when I used to be fit and rode Brighton and back seem like a hazy memory now. Lovely ride though.
Not sure I remember how to ride a bike right now, since moving I have been running which is something I never thought I would find myself doing. Not entirely sure my body is happy with that decision though.
If I can find time to get the bike out and try to recall what to do with it then I would love to ride with you guys for a bit of the return leg.
If that doesn't happen then I can definitely manage the fish and chips on the beach and halfway pint at The Evening Star leg ;-)
