Following on from the last email that I sent you I am just informing you of a few extra details. We are planning to have the first group of 6 cyclists arrive at DOE for 6pm for a 6:30pm start. With the way the test works there will be a break halfway through the testing, which is when the second group of 6 will begin their test. For this reason we would want the second group of 6 cyclists to arrive at DOE at 6:30pm.
If you think this is too early then please let me know and we can push it back for a 6:30pm arrival and a 7pm start. We are expecting the testing to take around 2.30 hours from starting group 1 to finishing group 2.
Depending on how everyone feels we can also offer a re-testing session for these 12 athletes in the future or host another night for the members that can't make the 31st, as long as the numbers are great enough.
At the moment we are planning to measure power using the Revbox power sensors but if this changes then I will not hesitate to let you know.
