Those G8 ones for me (https://www.sigmasports.com/item/G8-PerfÂormance/2620-Shoe-Insoles/8LDZ). Not cheap by any stretch, but I'm really particular about my feet and it's my main distraction on the bike in terms of fussing about how I'm pedalling.
If you know what the 'luft' of your arches are (and if it's consistent across both feet), then I'm sure there's more affordable options out there. I had a set of Superfeet ones before that provided great support too.
