Yes, I think so. Definitely any shimano bb (why use anything else?).

I'd just buy a DA bb for £30-35. Ceramics make fuck all difference in a bb anyway. A million better places to chase gains than there..

I'm building my bike now and the BB advice you gave me up here is totally wrong. The only BB compatible is the Rotor Track BB.

Really? Surprised. As far as I was aware they're exactly the same as the 3d24 road crank arms - which you can use with any shimano outboard bb. Only difference is they have a 144bcd spider.
I've got a dura ace bb working okay with my 3d24 cranks in a BSA bb shell.

Nah, the spindle isn't long enough. I assume the Track BB has shallower cups.

It's very annoying as the new BB is £80
