This is how it happens:
Travel up on Friday afternoon after work (early finish)
Arrive Chepstow at 6pm
Drink beer and eat food
Wake at 5am
Ride to start
Depart 6am
Ride for 40 hours
Get wankered in hotel again.
Train home on Monday morning after breakfast

Contract changes next year as the BBC had to make some reform to please the government. I get the same amount of holiday but a week of it is fixed.
This year the fixed week is the first week of April.
