  • Didn't the great Dr Hutch Hutchinson write about this? And stated it was bollocks.

  • I don't have a coach anymore and my friends are all dicks, so there's a lot riding on goal setting and self-mantra here.

    There doesn't seem to be a part of the circle related to "fat" either - suggests an incomplete framework.

    1) Get you down the descents more quickly
    2) Carry significant momentum through to the "descents that just happen to go up for a bit"
    3) Be difficult for others to get past
