It's 50% descending
-
• #10
It's the other bit I'm worried about
-
• #11
Think of them as descents that just happen to go up for a bit.
-
• #12
Inverse descending is so hot right now.

As a lifetime athlete, I would wager (ignoring the temptation of self-deprecation) that you are experiencing no more than a 20% performance hiatus, so if you get into mental shape by Sunday you'll be on fire. And you might even 'win'.

Form is temporary Dan BUT class is permanent

Didn't the great Dr Hutch Hutchinson write about this? And stated it was bollocks.

I don't have a coach anymore and my friends are all dicks, so there's a lot riding on goal setting and self-mantra here.
There doesn't seem to be a part of the circle related to "fat" either - suggests an incomplete framework.

Form is temporary Dan BUT ass is permanent
Fixed that for you
-
• #18
A fat ass is going to:
1) Get you down the descents more quickly
2) Carry significant momentum through to the "descents that just happen to go up for a bit"
3) Be difficult for others to get pastIt's in the bag. Without a doubt.
