Yeah but it gives you a warmup stage right? I assume with some suggestion at which to ride and does the pre-fatigue effort to burn off anaerobic capacity? Obviously the test isn't set power but Damo was talking about doing 4 warmups flat out which sounds to me not like a warmup at all. I thought there was guidance for this? Otherwise look online for a test that you can do consistently or it's a waste of time.
I thought the point of trainerroad was that it gave you instructions and set the power levels?
